Professional piping works

carried out by trained and experienced pipe fitters and locksmiths who can read isometric drawings and other necessary documentation.

Overall welding works

performed by qualified welders using various welding methods, including orbital welding. According to EN and ISO standards.

Non-destructive testing

Performing non-destructive testing, including visual and penetration testing, radiography and positive material identification (PHI).

ATD and ABD

preparation of accompanying technical documentation and as-built documentation from the first scratch to the approval by the client.

Profi Steel has its own production facilities located in Levice, Slovakia.

The total usable area of the production hall is 900m²:

  • Usable area with a 10-ton capacity overhead crane, covering 300m² with a lifting height of up to 5 meters.
  • Usable area of 600m² with the option to use a mobile crane with a lifting height of up to 10 meters if needed.

Additionally, we have a workshop that provides an additional 200m² of usable space. In total, we have 1100m² of production space at our disposal, allowing us to handle complex projects while maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Production halls

Profi steel has acquired production halls close to our headquarters in Levice. This extension provides us with useful space that allows us to excel in pre-production, with a focus on the pre-production of skids and spools. In total, we now have 3,700 m2 of space available to achieve exceptional results in pre-production.
